Type I : A Four Stroke Cycle Engine, Totally enclosed compression ignition, cold starting Vertical Water Cooled Single Cylinder Engine. BORE-80MM. Stroke 110MM

Rotation: Clock wise looking at fly wheel with exhaust on left hand side.Anti Clock-wise Rotation Engine can be supplied if specially ordered.
Combustion: Open type combustion chamber in an aluminium alloy piston in combination with long-stem hole nozzle resulting in low fuel consumption and easy starting.
Fuel System: Fuel is supplied to fuel pump by gravity fuel through a ceramic filter in fuel tank and a fabric filter.
Fuel Consumption: (Full load,1500RPM) 240 gm/BHP/HR
Lubrication: Force feed lubrication to main, large end and extention lubricated. By pass filter is provided for cleaning the lubricating oil.
Colling: Engine cooling can be done by a run through water supply or by using a cooling tank for radiator.
Lubricant Oil Pump Capacity: AV-1 2.85 Litre.
Starting: The engine is designed for starting by hand
Tourque: At 1500RPM on full load:
